To lessen the chances of heartburn try to avoid eating heavy meals at night and or sleeping on your right side. If you are already suffering from heartburn, you may also try Kremil – S Advance. It is generally safe for pregnant women, however it would still be best to consult your doctor.

However, there are products like Kremil – S Advance that not only neutralizes acidity, but also reduces acid production in order to provide longer-lasting relief versus antacids only.
There are actually two types of Kremil – S : (1) Kremil – S Tablet and (2) Kremil – S Extra Strength. I have not tried the latter, but by just reading its formulation, it is stronger than KremiL – S tablet. When I took Kremil – S Tablet, my stomach became calm – no rumbling sound, but the treatment was just temporary.
